The Community Planning Table (CPT) is made up of representatives from local agencies, services, programs, school boards and organizations that provide direct service to children and youth in Haliburton County and the City of Kawartha Lakes.

Our purpose is to provide leadership in the collaborative planning, development, implementation and monitoring of services and programs for children, youth and families in the City of Kawartha Lakes and Haliburton County.

Our vision is 'a community of happy, healthy children, youth and families.'
